Job Requirements As a Warehouse employee/Order picker, you play a key role in our logistics process — you're the one who keeps things running smoothly. Your tasks include:
* Picking and packing orders
* Preparing shipments for dispatch
* Operating an EPT (electric pallet truck) – a certificate is a plus
* Checking products and orders for accuracy and quality
* Performing various general warehouse tasks
* Doing physical work such as lifting, carrying, and bending – staying active throughout the day
* Experience with order picking, packing, or other warehouse/logistics tasks
* A precise working style with strong attention to detail
* Good physical condition and a hands-on mentality
* A true team player with a proactive attitude
