Clerical Officer – OmaghFirst Choice are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer to work within the Western Health and Social Care Trust, at their Cedar Villa site in Omagh. This is a Full Time Temporary role, initially required for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, and will be paid at £12.75 per hour.
Themain duties of this role will be:
- Maintaining diaries and appointments.
- Typing all general correspondence including letters, memos, and reports.
- Maintaining the Trusts filing system.
- Dealing effectively and efficiently with telephone and email enquiries.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- 4 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths
- 1 year Secretary experience (minute taking/diary management and coordinating meetings)
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Weekly pay
