Bid Manager / Electrical Estimator (Pre-Construction) Omagh £60k to £70k We are hiring for our client, a growing and ambitious contractor, who is seeking an experienced within Pre-Construction / Bid Management / Electrical Estimating to lead competitive tender submissions and take ownership of high-value pricing across utilities, electrical infrastructure, data centres and commercial projects. This Manager role combines bid leadership with hands-on estimating, ideal for someone who can shape winning submissions end-to-end - from strategy and pricing through to handover.

The Role:

Lead the end-to-end bid process - tender review, strategy, submission, clarifications and handover to delivery teams Produce accurate, competitive cost estimates across labour, materials, plant and risk Prepare and review cost plans, take-offs, supplier returns and pricing build-ups Develop win themes, methodology content and pricing strategies aligned to client requirements Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best value Collaborate with operations, commercial, procurement and business development teams
