About Your New Job as a Finance Manager As the Finance Manager, you will:
Lead, supervise and develop a team of Senior Finance Officers, Finance Officers, and Finance Assistants to ensure efficient financial operations. Prepare group financial projections, budgets, cashflow forecasts, annual revenue, and capital budget models for the Association and related companies. Oversee management and financial accounting services, financial systems and procedures, payroll, pension schemes, and statutory monitoring returns. Play a key role in strategic business planning, internal controls, and continuous improvement projects across the Association.

What Skills You Need as a Finance Manager Fully qualified accountant (recognised accounting body). Significant experience in financial management, reporting, and leading a team. Strong knowledge of financial planning, compliance, business partnering, and systems development within a regulated environment. Advanced IT literacy with financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
