Finance Officer - Ards Hospital

Finance Officer required to start immediately working with our client the SEHSCT, this post will be based in Ards Hospital, Newtownards. This post is required for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday
- Friday 9am - 5pm, and this will be paid at a rate of £14.06 per hour. The main duties of this role will be:

- Process and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with the Trusts financial procedures
- Manage the processing of invoices, purchase orders, journals, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- To facilitate the collection and payment service for service users
- To support the management of the Direct Payments system including setting up payment schedules, monitoring, maintaining and liaising with users and staff in relation to Direct Payments. What We Need From You - HNC/D (Finance Related) plus 1 years experience in a finance department or NVQ Level 3 plus 2 years experience in a finance department What We Will Offer You
