The Role As a Maintenance Officer, your day-to-day will be dynamic and varied, involving a blend of planned tasks and responsive duties. You'll conduct preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and health and safety checks, ensuring our building systems, fixtures, and grounds are in top condition. This includes undertaking basic repairs, decorating, and gardening to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
