Operations Manager

At Waterfield Leisure Centre Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role and is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the centre ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved.
• Lead on areas such as increasing activity and ensure all programming is working effectively.
• Serve as a role model for the centre’s team and create a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good understanding of IT.
• Lead the operations team and have specific responsibility for managing the Everyone Active Quality Management Systems and processes in all areas of the business.
• In the absence of the General Manager, step up to the role as needed.

• National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work, and Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. Training will be provided and you will be expected to achieve this within an agreed timescale.
• Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, including public holidays, and cover shifts as necessary.
