Working in partnership with leading global HVOR customers, Sensata develops Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. These products support safety-critical applications across next-generation trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. This role ensures that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also serve as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout.##
** General Responsibilities
*** Lead multiple projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery within defined scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, schedules, and budgets for new initiatives.
* Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and project activities.
* Apply effective risk, change, and resource management practices.
* Identify and resolve high-level project issues and escalations.
* Evaluate program performance, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure delivery against key objectives, including customer satisfaction and team performance.
* Drive and manage changes or interventions required to achieve project goals.
* Facilitate transparent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and decisions.
* Produce accurate, timely reporting on program status throughout its lifecycle.
* Conduct ongoing risk analysis and mitigation planning across programs.
** Experience / Qualifications
*** A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
* Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
* Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
* Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
* Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
* Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
* Customer facing PM, leading a multi-disciplinary team in executing Program comprising of both HW and SW
* Lead all aspects in defining the business case for new opportunities.
* Lead specific Change Management projects in line with customer and company requirements.
** Essential Criteria:
*** At least 2+ years’ experience in Project and/or Program Management.
* Experience in leading development Projects
** Desirable Criteria:
*** Background in an Automotive or fast paced technology development environment
* Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements for the Automotive industry
