MPA Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client a marketing leading care provider seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to join the management team in Omagh, Co.
Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our clients future. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality, person-centred care, while leading a committed team and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and legislative requirements. About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will provide strong leadership and professional support to staff, ensuring that residents receive the highest standards of care in an environment that promotes dignity, independence, human rights, and wellbeing.
You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring compliance with RQIA standards, maintaining excellent governance, and fostering a positive culture where both residents and staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Service Delivery Lead and manage staff teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Promote a culture of dignity, respect, inclusion, and human rights. Ensure individual care plans are developed, reviewed, and maintained to meet residents' needs. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the service. Lead by example, promoting professionalism, accountability, and best practice. Quality, Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with RQIA regulations, statutory requirements, and organisational policies.
Prepare for and facilitate inspections and audits. Implement and monitor risk management systems and safe working practices. Investigate accidents, incidents, and complaints, ensuring learning is captured and embedded. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems. People Management Provide leadership, supervision, appraisal, and performance management for staff. Support Team Leaders to ensure staff training, competencies, and professional development remain up to date.
Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture. Lead workforce planning and support recruitment activities. Facilitate effective communication with staff, residents, families, and external professionals. Operational Management Oversee staffing rotas and resource allocation. Manage services within agreed budgets and financial governance arrangements. Ensure effective communication systems are in place throughout the organisation. About You We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who can balance operational excellence with a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
You will have:
Minimum 3 years experience managing or leading within a health and social care setting. Experience supporting adults with physical/learning disabilities and complex needs Level 5 QCF (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Experience in safeguarding, risk management, and service improvement. The ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
