Monday 05 Oct 2026 12:00 Job summary Main Purpose of Job:
To manage the development and delivery of the Community Plan for the district and the Councils Corporate and Performance Improvement Plans, developing their contribution to an effective Place Shaping approach in terms of place design and development;
To establish effective internal and external partnerships and processes to monitor, co-ordinate and report on progress towards strategic outcomes using an Outcomes Based Accountability approach, embedding a high performance culture;
To establish and manage effective processes and support to all Council services so as to enable the delivery and demonstration of continuous improvement;
To contribute to the development of site-specific visioning/master planning for strategic opportunity sites driving forward the regeneration and development of local places;
To contribute to the effective performance of the Regeneration and Planning Directorate to ensure it achieves its objectives and those of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.
