Process Engineer Food Manufacturing Omagh Salary up to £50,000 Our client is a leading dairy manufacturer, supplying high-quality milk and dairy products to major retailers across the UK and Ireland. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and food safety, they are now seeking a Process Engineer to join their growing operations team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimising production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety within a fast-paced dairy environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, monitor, and improve dairy processing operations (pasteurisation, homogenisation, separation, and packaging)
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
* Troubleshoot production issues and provide practical engineering solutions
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, hygiene regulations, etc.)
* Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams
* Support commissioning and optimisation of new equipment and production lines
* Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Contribute to sustainability goals (energy, water, and waste reduction) Requirements
* Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
* Experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing (highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of process systems (heat transfer, fluid flow, CIP systems)
