Hygiene Operative Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all equipment in the factory (machinery, belts, etc.) are cleaned to a high standard, as per procedure - full training and PPE will be provided Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary Ensure regular checks of equipment and report any deficiencies To comply with managers/supervisors' instructions in a timely manner Report to your Supervisor/Manager of the area concerned any maintenance requirements To adhere to safe working practices in accordance with legislation and company rules and regulations Promptly report any accidents, incidents or near misses to your manager or supervisor To work in a manner as to prevent or minimize the risk of accidents To adhere to current legislation with regards to safe food production To undertake such other reasonable duties as may from time to time be required Undertake Chemical training Experience / Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team Flexible approach to hours and duties Hourly rate: £13.40
