The Role As a Production Team Leader, you will take ownership of a production line, leading a team of up to 17 operatives to deliver on key performance targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising a team on the production line Driving health & safety and food safety standards at all times Ensuring team engagement, performance and attendance Delivering against OEE, efficiency and waste targets Monitoring production output and resolving issues in real-time Supporting training and development of team members Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

The Person Previous experience in a team leader / supervisor role within manufacturing (food experience desirable) Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment Confident communicator with strong leadership skills Ability to drive performance and meet operational targets The Package Opportunities available across the following shifts:
Evening Shift (Mon-Thurs 14:30-01:00): £17.50 per hour Weekend Shift (Sat & Sun flexible weekdays): £17.50 per hour Additional benefits: 25 days annual leave  8 statutory days £600 annual bonus Healthcare cover Strong focus on training and career development
