Previous machine operating experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. Position:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm (30 minute lunch, 15 x 2 breaks) Finishing Dept Benefits: 25 days holidays 9 statutory holidays, Company Pension 4% contribution, Sick pay As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important part in the finishing stages of the production process, helping to ensure products are completed to a high standard and customer requirements are met. Your duties will include:
Operating machinery and supporting key finishing processes Working to tight customer SLA and KPI targets Ensuring products are finished to a high-quality standard Maintaining accurate administration and records Following all Health & Safety procedures Carrying out equipment checks and maintaining good housekeeping Working within a secure and confidential environment Communicating effectively with colleagues and other members of the team What We're Looking For Excellent attention to detail A strong understanding of confidentiality Good communication skills A reliable and positive approach to work Previous experience operating similar machinery (desirable) A willingness to learn - full training will be provided If you're looking for a stable Monday to Friday opportunity with a reputable company and the potential to secure a permanent position, we'd love to hear from you!
