As an Assembly Technician based in our Omagh facility, you will be at the heart of our operations, building the innovative roads and infrastructure equipment that connects the world. Reporting to the Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in safely assembling, fitting, and installing components to create subassemblies and complete Astec machines. You will work from detailed engineering drawings, digital models, and production instructions, ensuring all operations meet our high standards for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

The Role
As an Assembly Technician, your day-to-day will be dynamic and hands-on. You'll be immersed in our manufacturing environment, using a variety of hand, power, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools to bring complex engineering designs to life. You will collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This role isn't just about assembly;
it's about problem-solving, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe and organised workspace.
