Morgan Law is seeking a Property Partner to play a key strategic role in managing their diverse property portfolio. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to Housing services, working on high-profile asset strategy and complex property projects that impact communities.
The ideal candidate will have MRICS qualification and strategic asset management experience, with responsibilities including developing Service Asset Management Plans and engaging with senior stakeholders. Flexible hybrid working and regular travel in the UK are required.
