Position: Board Member (Legal)
Help shape the future of affordable home ownership in Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Housing is seeking to appoint an experienced legal professional to join our Board and help guide one of Northern Ireland's most successful housing organisations. Co-Ownership is the regional shared ownership provider, a registered housing association and charity that has helped more than 35,000 households achieve home ownership and currently manages over 11,000 properties across Northern Ireland.

About the Role As a Board Member, you will play a key role in providing strategic direction, governance oversight and constructive challenge to ensure Co-Ownership continues to deliver on its mission of helping people access affordable home ownership.

Board members act collectively and contribute their skills, knowledge and experience to support effective decision-making and organisational success.
