Shop Manager

Overview

Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in‑shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive‑through. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us — whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

• Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.

We’re looking for someone with a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, with extensive experience delivering excellent customer service in a food‑on‑the‑go or retail environment. You will be supportive of an inclusive culture and recognise that valuing differences strengthens the team.
