Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Own key account management of nominated direct customers (A/C installation companies) and work to establish new business with contractors.
• Identify new contractors and onboard them as direct trading accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and develop new direct business.
• Offer guidance and assistance on correct use and application of products.
• Provide industry knowledge and guidance on legislation to ensure future protection.
• Promote Carrier & Toshiba USPs.

• Technical knowledge of VRF and split systems with a proven sales track record within the UK.
• Strong background in HVAC sales, specifically the VRF market, dealing with installing contractors and M&E’s.
• Knowledge of HVACR industry.
• HND/ C&G Engineering or related subject.
• Current UK driving licence.

• Base salary plus short‑term incentive plan.

• Pay range £42,000.00‑£84,000.00 annually.
