The Role:
Oversee finishing trades (joinery, painting, flooring, tiling, M&E). Manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet programme deadlines. Inspect works, manage snagging/de-snagging, and ensure quality standards. Work with the Site Manager/PM to resolve issues and maintain progress. Uphold H&S standards during finishing phases. Requirements:
Experience in a similar role Current CSR/ CSCS card Full, clean driving licence Strong communication and time/ resource management skills IT literate Benefits:
