Housing Support Practitioner
Salary: £27,540 per annum.
Location:
Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
Contract/
Hours:
Permanent, 37 hours a week on a shift rota basis.

- Engage with vulnerable young people aged 16-21 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- Support individuals in managing day‑to‑day life and facilitate access to specialised services.
- Work with young people in small groups or individually depending on needs.
- Collaborate with other staff teams and external organisations to ensure best outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and review progress at set intervals and provide additional support when necessary.
- Mentor and support other members of the team.
- Extensive experience working with vulnerable young people aged 16-21 years in a formal setting.
- Diploma Level 3 or above in youth work or social care related qualifications.
- Registered with NISCC or willingness to register.
- Ability to work as part of a team on a 24/7 rota, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Willingness to engage in all associated training and learning.
- Full UK driving licence; access to a car is required.
