Catholic Mutual Group (CMG) was established in 1889 and is recognized as the leading provider of property, liability and employee benefit coverage and related services for the Catholic Church in the United States and Canada.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the Accounts Payable function for Catholic Mutual Group including general administrative support for the Finance Department. The AP Specialist prepares and processes all expense reimbursements and company deposits as well as maintaining collection status on miscellaneous invoices and reconciling to the general ledger.

The AP Specialist requires 3-5 years prior experience with the following:
Processing accounts payable, using accounts payable and general ledger software systems, and using Microsoft Excel and an email system similar to Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Adobe Professional is desirable. This position should have strong attention to detail and technical skills in accounts payable and general accounting and bookkeeping.
