Tax Senior Manager – Eide Bailly LLP – Omaha, NE

We are looking for an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our firm. This role will prepare, review, and sign individual and business tax returns, develop and communicate solutions, manage client relationships, and lead training for our tax department.

• Prepare, review, and sign individual, business, and other tax returns for clients across industries such as pharmaceuticals, dealerships, real estate development, and manufacturing/distribution.
• Work with the tax team to ensure tax planning, client interaction, and special tax projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.
• Analyze tax situations from multiple angles to secure maximum tax benefit for clients.
• Develop solutions and communicate them to the engagement team and clients.
• Manage client relationships, monitoring needs and adding value to professional service.
• Oversee client billing for accounting services.
• Provide mentoring and technical training to employees in the tax department.
• Attend training seminars, professional development, and networking events to stay current on tax issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Valid CPA license.
• 7+ years of tax experience within public accounting.
• Extensive knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations.
• Continuous learning of evolving tax regulations and policies.
• Self‑starter who enjoys working independently and in a team environment.
• Strong focus on complex tasks and understanding of firm’s compliance processes.
• Authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
