Role Overview

This is a high‑accountability, senior‑level trust accounting role for a driven professional who has already managed financial controls and custodial funds in a structured environment. As the Trust Accounting & Client Funds Manager at Inkelaar Law, you will serve as the final safeguard over client funds—owning trust processes, enforcing compliance without exception, and ensuring every transaction is fully documented and approved.

This role is designed for someone who takes pride in control, accuracy, and authority and is comfortable saying "no" when policy requires it.

This role offers real ownership and influence. You are not assisting—you are owning trust accounting. You will work directly with attorneys and leadership, enforce firm policy at the highest level, and operate with clear authority in a growing law firm that treats ethics and compliance as non‑negotiable. If you are driven, detail‑obsessed, and have previously held responsibility as an accounting manager, controller, or trust accounting lead, this role allows you to bring discipline, structure, and professionalism to a system that truly matters.
