Our client is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Senior Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and help build scalable financial processes within a growing, multi‑entity organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership, and partners closely with leadership.

• Manage all general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for multiple entities
• Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and communicate funding needs
• Develop and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Process and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Analyze financial data to support operational and strategic decision‑making
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA or Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; healthcare or multi‑entity experience preferred
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Paylocity; experience with reporting tools a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
