• Preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Providing tax consulting services to clients, including research and planning.
• Assisting clients with tax compliance and planning, including the calculation of estimated tax payments and the preparation of tax projections.
• Providing assistance during tax audits and responding to tax notices.
• Keeping up to date with the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure our clients are in compliance.
• Collaborating with team members to provide high‑quality tax services.
• Identifying opportunities to improve client tax processes and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of income tax, corporate tax returns, and S Corp.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is preferred.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
