AP Analyst

MyStaff is excited to partner with a long‑standing Omaha organization to hire an Accounts Payable Analyst for their flagship location!

We look for an individual who enjoys variety, is detail‑oriented, and thrives in a collaborative accounting team. This role is located in Omaha, Nebraska, and is a daily in‑office position.

• Oversee Accounts Payable from invoice coding through payment
• Set up and maintain vendor accounts; reconcile statements
• Prepare daily cash receipts, including deposits, ACH, and EFT activity
• Update ERP records and support lease tracking for equipment
• Assist with tax preparation and general cost accounting
• Jump into additional accounting projects as needed

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with accounting/ERP software
• A reliable, detail‑driven work style with the ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and support team success
• Solid communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners
• Knowledge of general and cost accounting principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (high school diploma required)
• 3–5 years of A/P or general accounting experience is ideal
