Senior Accountant

Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Accountant who wants more than routine accounting work. If you’re someone who enjoys connecting the dots across the balance sheet, explaining the why behind the numbers, and partnering with leadership to improve how things are done, this role offers real runway.

• Own and maintain balance sheet accuracy, including detailed reconciliations
• Manage general ledger activity with a strong command of debits, credits, and account flow
• Explain financial activity in clear, plain language—helping others understand how changes in one area impact the whole
• Support month‑end close and ongoing financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with leadership and‑functional partners

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong, end‑to‑end understanding of the balance sheet
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain the “why” behind your work

• CPA
• Manufacturing industry experience
