Base pay range: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.

- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and not‑for‑profit organizations.
- Manage the 1099 processing, payroll, and bookkeeping duties for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Provide tax planning assistance to clients, ensuring they are in compliance with all federal and state tax laws.
- Research complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and team members.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all tax‑related matters are handled promptly and accurately.
- Keep up‑to‑date with the latest tax laws and regulations to provide the most accurate advice and guidance to clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or the ability to sit for the CPA exam.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax role with a public accounting firm or equivalent.
- Proficient with 1099 processing, payroll, bookkeeping, and tax planning assistance.
- Detailed knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.
