Back A/P Specialist
Accounting, Banking and Finance Omaha , Nebraska Temp to Hire Oct 9, 2026
Location: Omaha Metro Area
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire

The position starts as temporary-to-hire
, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team based on performance and business needs.
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Assist with accounts receivable and customer payments
- Enter and maintain financial information accurately
- Match invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
- Reconcile accounts and assist with resolving discrepancies
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Maintain organized accounting records
- Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Support the accounting team as the company continues to grow
- Previous AR/AP, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Comfortable working with numbers and computer systems
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
- A positive attitude and desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company
