As an Imaging Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our mission by ensuring accurate and efficient document management. You'll work hard and grow with us, playing a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

In your day-to-day role, you'll organize physical files by type and date, scan documents to the network drive, and upload them into the imaging application. You'll meticulously index each document, ensuring accuracy whether it's a delivery ticket, accounts payable, or accounts receivable. You'll quality check the imaging done by your teammates, support other teams with scanning tasks, and resolve any imaging exceptions or documents missing information.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use 10-key with minimal errors
• Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity
