Diagnose and repair complex automotive electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues in a climate-controlled shop environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical diagnostics to identify root causes of vehicle performance problems.
- Perform complex repairs across electrical, mechanical, and drivability systems.
- Mentor and support other technicians to improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to support high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain high standards for quality and productivity during all diagnostic and repair work.
- Active ASE Master certification.
- Substantial advanced diagnostic experience with complex vehicle issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to mentor others and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication and attention to quality.
