Business Analyst / Program Coordinator

Support the Program Director and Change Management Lead by analyzing data, building dashboards, managing SharePoint sites, forecasting impacts, and coordinating key meetings and workshops. Monitor critical metrics affecting capacity, inventory, staffing, testing, and quality.
Responsibilities- Support the Program Director and Change Management Lead
- Build dashboards and SharePoint sites for communication
- Trend data and help to draft forecast of impacts
- Oversee key data points that have heavy influence on capacity, materials inventory, operations staffing, testing/quality, etc.
- Assist with large meeting coordination and workshop agenda/planning
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Proficient in SharePoint site creation/management and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting change management initiatives
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
