Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
- Develop a strategic pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
- Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish and nurture client partnerships.
Sales & Market Strategy
- Effectively articulate Prime Time Healthcare's staffing solutions and competitive advantages in the market.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions that address staffing challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with market trends and client demands.
Industry Engagement & Brand Representation
- Represent Prime Time Healthcare at industry conferences, trade shows, and client site visits to enhance market presence.
- Stay informed on industry trends and workforce challenges to provide strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Internal Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal sales and client service teams to share market intelligence and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in business development, sales, or healthcare staffing is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
