- Develop and maintain project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage contracts throughout project life cycles, including contract review and negotiation with sales and business development teams.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and performance while providing updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project documentation, facilitate meetings, and serve as the primary point of communication between departments and customers.
- Lead customer meetings for project kickoffs, status updates, negotiations, and closeout activities.
- Support bid management activities, including scheduling, review meetings, and approval processes.
- Assist with process improvements and implementation of project management best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with contract review and modification of contractual terms and conditions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project management software, preferably MS Project.
- PMP certification and multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin) are preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional international travel and weekend stays.
