Shadow and collaborate with team members and leadership to understand operational workflows and departmental best practices. Analyze analytical data and innovation efforts to help identify potential improvements in business processes. Rotate through various focus areas to gain a wide understanding of the business, with the opportunity to deep‑ dive into one or two specific areas of interest. Participate in meetings and discussions to enhance understanding of company‑wide objectives and decision‑making processes.

Support the maintenance and management of departmental items, including processes related to the large Werner HQ property and its various offerings.

Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field Pragmatic, Analytical, Mechanical Engineer type of approach / background Microsoft Excel Outlook E-Mail Phone Conversations – Between Associates & AI content Participation within Zoom meetings & in‑person meeting sessions
