As a Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations that transform plans into reality — managing people, materials, and schedules to ensure every project is built safely, efficiently, and to our highest standards.

• Lead and oversee field operations for ground‑up commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use projects
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain safety, quality, and productivity
• Supervise and mentor field teams while maintaining strong communication with project management and clients
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and constructability
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure milestones are met
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce Oline’s safety standards
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• 5+ years of experience leading ground‑up commercial, industrial, or mixed‑use projects as a Superintendent
• Proven ability to manage field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project execution
• Strong understanding of layout, site logistics, scheduling, and quality control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with tilt‑wall or structural concrete projects a plus
