Our Quality Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring every pour, form, and detail aligns with engineered specifications and reflects the high standards we’re known for.

• Oversee and manage quality control for all structural concrete operations across multiple projects
• Review structural drawings, rebar layouts, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct pre‑pour inspections, formwork checks, rebar verification, and concrete placement monitoring
• Document QA/QC activities, including testing results, inspections, and corrective actions
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, and inspectors to resolve quality issues
• Ensure all workmanship meets project requirements, industry standards, and engineering specifications
• Maintain QC logs, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and project requirements
• Drive a culture of quality, consistency, and accountability across all field operations

• 5+ years of quality control or field supervision experience in commercial structural concrete
• Strong understanding of rebar, formwork systems, concrete mix designs, and placement requirements
• Experience working for a concrete subcontractor strongly preferred
• Familiarity with tilt‑wall construction is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and engineered plans
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience collaborating with engineers, inspectors, and project teams
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• A commitment to precision, consistency, and quality craftsmanship
