Oline Construction is continuing to expand our footprint across the Midwest, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects in the Omaha market.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, change orders, and quality control
• Coordinate closely with field teams, design partners, owners, and vendors
• Drive OAC meetings, communicate project status, and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure project safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met
• Build strong relationships that support repeat business in the Omaha region

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven ability to manage ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor management
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Ability to collaborate with superintendents and field teams to drive results
• A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
