Aurum Construction is growing in Omaha and looking for a Superintendent with strong structural concrete experience to help lead commercial projects across the region. Because Aurum is a commercial concrete subcontractor, we’re seeking someone who can drive production, maintain quality, and coordinate closely with GCs and field crews to deliver top‑tier concrete work.
Tilt‑wall experience is a strong plus.

• Lead field operations for structural concrete scopes on commercial and industrial projects
• Oversee forming, placing, finishing, and curing concrete to meet design and quality standards
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily workflow to maximize productivity
• Work closely with GCs, inspectors, engineers, and internal field teams
• Review drawings, structural details, rebar plans, and layout requirements with precision
• Build and manage project schedules, sequencing work to keep operations flowing
• Enforce strict safety standards and lead daily/weekly safety meetings
• Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and final turnover of concrete work
• Maintain strong communication, collaboration, and accountability across all teams
• Help cultivate a high‑performing field culture based on safety, craft, and teamwork
• 5+ years of structural concrete superintendent experience on commercial or industrial projects
• Deep expertise in forming systems, rebar coordination, layout, and concrete placement
• Experience working for a concrete subcontractor preferred
• Tilt‑wall experience is a strong plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and fast‑paced concrete operations
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and engineered lift plans
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and production
