We’re hiring a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall to manage large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record overseeing $2M+ jobs, coordinating field operations, and delivering results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of commercial drywall projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain schedule and quality
- Lead project planning, cost tracking, and issue resolution
- Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment
- Prepare updates, change orders, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
