Roofing Repair Subcontractors Wanted – We primarily do re-roofs!

One paid trial build is required before full approval to come on as a Shamrock crew. All crews approved for a trial build will be put on our waiting list to be called upon when ready. Shamrock is fair when it comes to scheduling crews in all of our markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof repair and re‑roofing work on residential and commercial properties.
• Contribute to project planning and execution with Shamrock’s sales and back‑office teams.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on all job sites.

Requirements

• Valid business license & insurance (general liability & workers comp)
• Reliable transportation & tools
• Experience with asphalt shingles, flat roofing, and/or metal roofing
• Commitment to quality work & safety standards
