Based in Omaha, NE, this role is ideal for a motivated technical expert passionate about construction, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project scheduling, change management, and document control.
• Assist in subcontractor and material supplier management, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Maintain project records, submittals, cost controls, and closeout documentation.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Participate in pre-construction planning, project coordination meetings, and quality monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of field construction experience (Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM roles preferred).
• Proficiency in reading drawings, project specifications, scheduling, and cost control.
• Technology-savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
