Superintendent – Commercial​/Industrial Construction

Role:
We are looking for a Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial/industrial construction projects — especially wastewater plants, pumping stations, industrial process buildings, or large general commercial structures. You will be hands‑on in leading trade crews, enforcing safety and quality, and coordinating subcontractors on site.

• Oversee daily field operations: trade manpower, schedule execution, quality control, safety compliance.
• Coordinate with PM/Assistant PM on schedule progress, logistic issues, inspections.
• Manage subcontractor performance, site logistics, equipment/materials movement.
• Enforce safety protocols, jobsite housekeeping, owner/engineer relations.

• 7+ years of field construction experience in commercial/industrial setting.
• Experience as Superintendent on projects in the $10 M+ range.
• Strong leadership, team communication, ability to drive results in the field.
