Estimator – Commercial​/Industrial Construction

Role:
Seeking a Commercial/Industrial Construction Estimator to drive estimating and bidding for projects in wastewater, industrial manufacturing or large general construction. Must be comfortable with take-offs, subcontractor scopes, cost databases, value engineering and bid strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Lead quantity take-offs, cost modeling, subcontractor solicitation. Develop detailed budgets, scope summaries, risk assessments for bids. Collaborate with business development, pre-construction and operations teams. Maintain and update cost databases, historical project metrics.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of commercial/industrial estimating experience, preferably with wastewater or heavy industrial. Skilled in Estimating software, Excel, cost databases. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
