Sr Construction Superintendent position needed, Construction Data Center exp is a huge plus, A.S.A.P.
- YOU MUST BE an Experienced Construction Project Superintendent.
- Engineering (MEP) or Construction Management background for (DATA CENTER).
- Job Location is in the Omaha, Nebraska area.

- The Superintendent is responsible for running the day‑to‑day operations on the construction site and controlling both the short‑term and long‑term schedule.
- The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project safely, cleanly, securely, on schedule, and within budget.
- This includes maintaining the highest quality, and supervising all trade and field personnel while administering good construction safety practices with all on‑site activities.
- The Superintendent also maintains the job site office and closes out projects.
- Provides leadership and establishes and maintains an effective working relationship with all personnel on‑site.
- Have a thorough and complete understanding of the general contract and each subcontract, their specific scope of work, the contract drawings, specifications, and addenda; and to assist the Project Manager in the implementation of my client’s on‑site procedures.
- Review the contract drawings, specifications, addenda, and bulletins for design deficiencies, impractical details, and construct‑ability issues, and bring these to the attention of the Project Manager who will review them with the Architect.
- Assist the Project Manager in the development, refinement, and updating of the project schedule.
- Plan and review the construction program with the Project Manager including quality control procedures, safety, cleanliness and security practices, field office location and layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower.
- Coordinate, direct, monitor, inspect, and record the activities of the Subcontractors, Suppliers, and labor / material.
- Verify that all required permits or licenses have been obtained and that a weatherproof bulletin board is installed on which all required safety notices are posted.
- Cooperate with and direct the activities of the inspection agencies, including remedial actions communicated by the agencies.
- Lead weekly coordination and safety meetings with Subcontractors. Receive and review the Subcontractor’s daily reports of work completed and labor and materials employed.
- Review the Subcontractor’s weekly updates of as‑built prints.
- Review and verify the values of the Subcontractor’s monthly requests for payment.
- Order and coordinate material deliveries to the job site.
- Review (NOT SIGN) all time and material work vouchers and invoices for approval by the Project Executive only.
- Maintain good relations and communications with all involved in the project including the public.
- Ensure the client’s safety manual is on the project site at all times.
- Ensure the 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations Manual is on the project site at all times.
- Review the client’s safety manual and OSHA regulations for all project‑specific terms before work begins.
- Ensure that Subcontractors enforce their safety programs including the holding of toolbox safety meetings.
- Conduct employee safety orientations at the job site.
- Maintain an organized and clean job site, including the construction office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education / Experience- High School diploma or GED. Prior construction industry experience is required.
