Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities- Provide the cost estimate of the construction up front and accurately control the budget throughout the project
- Ensure teams follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues
- Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high‑quality work
- Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines
- Implement systems to organize tools, vehicles, and equipment, and schedule maintenance for them if necessary
Collaborate with the sales team to fully understand project scopes, conduct site inspections to assess work scope, material needs, and potential challenges, and develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
Project ExecutionCoordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement, manage permits and inspections, supervise subcontractors, ensure adherence to specifications and timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Budget and Cost ControlMonitor budgets and expenses, ensure financial targets are met, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Quality AssuranceImplement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conduct inspections, and address quality issues promptly.
Customer ExperienceFoster positive client relationships, address concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- One year of previous experience as a construction project manager required
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience using construction or project management software preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including permits, blueprints, codes, equipment, materials, methods, and principles
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in exterior remodeling or construction
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
