Oline Construction is looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating, budgeting, design coordination, and project pursuits from initial opportunity through contract award.

What You’ll Do
- Lead project pursuits, estimating, budgeting, and proposal development.
- Manage subcontractor pricing, scope development, and cost analysis.
- Coordinate design reviews, constructability, and value engineering.
- Identify project risks and support contract negotiations.
- Partner with operations, engineering, clients, and trade partners.
- Lead and develop preconstruction team members.
- Ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of preconstruction or construction estimating experience.
- Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, GMPs, construction contracts, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
