Media is seeking a bold, engaging, and opinionated Afternoon Talk Host to connect with listeners in Omaha and across the region. This is your chance to lead conversations that matter—local stories, national headlines, and everything in between. If you thrive on creating compelling content, sparking dialogue, and building community through the airwaves, we want to hear from you.
** What You'll Do:
*** Perform news, talk, music, comedic, or other format shows or programs for broadcast entertainment.
* Establish a relationship with listeners by providing entertainment and/or information of interest consistent with format, genre, and targeted demographic audience.
* Interview guests, moderate debates, converse with callers, and host live events.
* Adhere to all guidelines, policies, and procedures of the station, iHeart

Media, the FCC, and all other federal, state, and local laws, including policies and procedures regarding indecency and obscenity.
* Prepare for an air shift using creativity, imagination, and the exercise of independent professional judgment in writing, producing, interviewing, taping, or broadcasting on-air material.
* Ensure logged commercials, promotions, and any other programming essential to the station's operation are aired.
* Maintain a website personality page.
* Make regular approved appearances at station events; serve as an ambassador for the…
