We are seeking an Insurance Agent (salaried, no commission) to join our high-volume inbound call center. The primary responsibilities of this role include selling new policies WITHOUT COLD CALLING and providing customer service to current policyholders. In this role, you'll help customers navigate their coverage options by simplifying complex information and making it easy for them to understand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who pairs outstanding customer service skills with initiative, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

• Property & Casualty license strongly preferred.
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education.
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

• Training: 100% in-office
• Post-Training:
  Hybrid 50% in-office, including designated in-office team days
